Did anyone NOT write the vitals in on the patient note unless there was an abnormal and passed with high ICE regardless?

I actually didn't for some of my patients. They told us that we "may" write down the vitals info in our patient note if we feel it would be helpful. How did you end up doing, if you don't mind me asking? Thanks!

Hmm I only did if they wwere relevant. Wasn't going to waste time regurgitating normal vitals unless they meant something but we will see in october i guess

Didn't write ANY vitals for ANY patient and I passed, not even close to failing on ICE. I did write "febrile" or "afebrile" in the field to support my diagnoses, but no mention of vitals in the actual patient note (not even WNL). I completely blanked on that part of the physical exam and kicked myself in the butt daily until I got my passing score.
