VMCAS application Reporting Coursework in Spanish?

Hello, I am from Puerto Rico and my transcript is in Spanish, so all my courses (the names) appear in spanish, should I write them exactly like that in the VMCAS application or should I translate it to english?

I would check with the VMCA's about that directly. They say to enter it exactly as it is on your transcript, but it seems like maybe you wouldn't want to in this case. Just give them a call and see what they say.
