Long story short, it seems to be down for most people, but a few have been able to successfully get into the portal. Maybe try clearing your cache or accessing it through a different browser; it may work after that.

just wanted to let you know that 2 different people was able to open the application website by using their iphones. one person tried last night and another person just now. for some reason, the website is fine with iphone. does this mean we should use mac instead of pc?

Yea i could get it on my ipjone but not my mac or my friends pc. I had to shut down my internet and reload it for it to work. I dont know if it was a coincidence or not. It didnt make sense that it worked on my iphone (using the same internet) and not on any of our computers.
