For the animal/veterinary experience section what is the best way to describe duties?? Sentences? Outline form? etc?

I'd go with sentences or lists. Your space is very very limited, so prepare with that in mind.

I went with brief phrases: recorded history, took radiographs & process films, monitor anesthesia & recovery

I didn't have enough room to write complete sentences.
