hi guys,

I am planning to take pcat this coming June but I'm so nervous about vocab and org chem sections. Kaplan's book only touches slightly on vocabs and org chem and I'm not too sure whether it will be enough. Are there any "top 200 vocabs" that I need to know? and for org chem section, is that it?? I dont believe it. Kaplan only covered 1 chapter on org chem 😱.

in Google...type in

1000 SAT words....and print it out...more than enough...good luck....

As for OrgChem....no..most people on here agreed kaplan is insufficient, have to suppl something else, but dont what source yet...perhaps somene else can shed some light on this.

The vocab is really hard to study for, so unless you really are bad at vocab (like English isn't your first language) you should probably focus your studying everywhere else first.

For O.Chem, mostly the topics are from first semester so use your textbook and old notes if you have them. There are some review guides for o.chem available at bookstores that might be helpful, but nothing specific for the PCAT.
