Volunteer Coordinator did not get back to my email about LOR :(

So i have volunteered at this place for over 5 years, and am on really good terms with her. She is super duper nice and i have gone above and beyond my volunteering expectations, even attending optional volunteer events where she just needed more people. She usually replies to emails within a day and if she's out of her office you get an automated reply. I don't know why I still havent heard back, i emailed her on Wednesday. Should i email her again, if so what should i say?
Or should i just stop by her office?

Don't ask for LoR's through email. Ask in person. I'd just ask like you were asking for the first time.

I agree. Also, it hasn't even been a week yet since your email. Patience. I'd say if she hasn't responded by this upcoming Wednesday, then go visit her or call her.

Don't bother. Volunteer coordinators seldom write letters that are informative. At most they will state the number of hours you have officially volunteered for the organzation.

why do you need that letter? LoR come from your professors/premed committee and maybe an MD/DO depending on the school. Anything other than that does not matter.
