Hey y'all,
Lotsa confusion about how to count volunteer hours. Would appreciate some guidance 🙂
Wondering if the following counts as volunteer hours:
-Several hundred hours volunteering at church as Sunday School teacher
- Two years as co-bible study leader/mentor for underclassmen during college
-AmeriCorps (1700) and AmeriCorps VISTA (~1900)--both are "paid" and were my jobs for two years, so it was more like work than more typical volunteering for a couple of hours at a time
During my AmeriCorps year, I also had at least 100 hours of clinical volunteering where I was in a clinic as an advocate/case manager... do I need to separate those hours out into my clinical hour tab? Also, could I count the clinical hours where I wasn't in a clinic but was meeting with my clients in their homes and their community about health and social needs?
How far back are we allowed to count hours?
