Volunteer organizations that accept EMTs?

Hi,

Does anyone know any good medical volunteer organizations that accept EMT's that are not volunteer ambulance squads? Something like Remote Area Medical, but they unfortunately only accept AEMTs. It's a long shot, but maybe someone has some ideas.
