volunteering in Boston?

Hey everyone,

I am new to Boston. I'm working full-time in research right now, but I was also looking to volunteer a little on the weekends. I am also looking for non-hospital opportunities, maybe something working with elderly or children?

I was hoping for things on weekends, like a couple hours on a Saturday maybe. Anyone have any suggestions of things I can check out?
