I was wondering should I list in the volunteering section a volunteering at a blood bank I have lined up. It is already guaranteed, but I do no start until July, so should I list this or leave it off since I have not started this?

No don't list it. Only list planned courses not planned EC. They ask how many hours you committed at the EC and dates.
