So I haven't done too much volunteering and I just recently started doing stuff in the last year. I've helped feed the homeless with one organization just twice. Since they ask the time and date of things, should I bother including that I fed the homeless twice in 6 months for 3 hours total?

I don't see why you shouldn't. Put down anything that can potentially strengthen your application.
