Hello everyone,
Please vote for which PAT section you find is the hardest one.
Please vote for which PAT section you find is the hardest one.
How am I the only one who picked Angle Ranking? That **** is straight up impossible.
Hey Glimmer, at first, this section took more a lot of time to finish 15 questions. It took me 30 mins for 15 questions. But It is getting better.TFE
UGHHHGhHHHHhHHHhhh
Thanks Glimmer, You swag as always!@Shadowwalker
For me, TFE was always the hardest!
For anyone with angle-ranking issues--try this method. For some reason, it helped things click for me!

Thanks for your vote.I cant stand angles I can get a perfect run with hole punches and cube counting. the others are alright but they take too much time I usually skip through angles get eveything else done and run through angles quick with the left time. My DAT is coming up next thursday.just wanna get over it already lol
Go on...I really want to advocate for the rapid glance angle ranking method. It takes some getting used to, but after about a week of doing 15-30 angles a day, I can get 14/15 consistently in ~4 minutes. The trick is to never second guess yourself and to never over analyze any one angle. All of the other methods are either too time consuming or just seem bizarre (laptop, hill, tether ball pole, skate board ramp) but to each his own I guess.
What's a "rock" question?Depends on the difficulty of the practice test/test. For my real DAT, Keyhole was the most difficult because I had about 5 "rock" questions. Otherwise in general, I would say angle ranking.
What's a "rock" question?
It's Ari's method. Hope that helpsGo on...
Yea!! Those "rocks" with a bajillion faces...wth?! And the images aren't very crisp/clear so it was even harder to see it's shape properly.Depends on the difficulty of the practice test/test. BAHAHAHA! I like how you literally posted a rock! 😀I can't pull out an example right now, but the question would give you something like this (in white/black of course) and find an answer.
Usually, I would be able to eliminate a few answer choices so depending on the ones I couldn't eliminate, I'd just make my best guess and move on. So no default answer on the PAT for me...On ones you can't figure out, do you just have a default answer choice?
that's exactly how I feel about Angles. So unpredictable.Angles. CDP kills me. Sometimes I'm 90% sometimes im 60%.
