Does anybody know if Yale is no longer accepting applications for early 2020?

The only available date ranges currently listed is Dec 2 - 27 2019. I’ve been checking every so often since last month and there’s been no change and now I’m wondering if I’ve missed a deadline or something. I would call, but there’s no phone number listed on their website.
