how would u answer it?
is it asking for molecular or electronic geometry?
how can you tell?
umm i would guess the angle to be around 120. The two lone pair of electrons on Te push the hydrogen bonds into a "bent" shape, giving you an angle around 120. Someone chime in if i'm completely off base here...haha

haha i guess i was half right with the "bent idea" then. just not right with the angle...120 i think is more for trigonal planar or tetrahedral molecules
it seems that when the questions says what does vsper say (not mentioning electronic or molecular) you guys assume it is molecular. IS that a correct assumption to make?
