I'm currently a junior with a 3.2 cumulative gpa. Clearly i need to get it up but I'm wanting to see if it's worth it to try and apply senior year rather than this year. I have good EC's, but if I'm thinking correctly, trying to study for the MCAT ( which i would take next semester), finish O-chem, and getting really good grades, all while trying to apply next semester, wouldn't be the best idea. Is anyone else on the same boat? Is it better to just focus on grades and the EC's im in now, and then wait a year to apply? Maybe do a post-bacc program as well? Any feedback is appreciated.

I would say that depends heavily on your MCAT and what your grades look like junior year. Make a 32+ and get 3.8+ for junior year (Hopefully pulling you up to a 3.4), and I wouldn't feel crazy applying. Also, what's your sGPA? a 3.2 cGPA with a 3.8 sGPA is way different than a 2.8sGPA
