Wait for spring grades or not for primary submission?

So I go to a school with a quarter system that doesn't release our final spring grades until June 6. I'm currently a Junior so finishing up my 3rd quarter of Physics prerequisite, but I don't expect the spring quarter grades to affect my GPA at all (currently sitting at 4.0). I've seen a lot of varied opinions, but should I be waiting for my spring transcript to come out June 6 to submit, or should I submit as soon as I can? As I understand it, I can send up follow-up letters to each of the schools I'm applying after with updated spring grades, though I'm wondering if this is more of a harm than a benefit for my application. Any advice would help, thank you!

Far better to be a little later in being verified than to sow doubt in the minds of reviewers that you are covering up a slump in spring of junior year.

Do you have a prehealth advisor or office? I'm sure you are not the first person to ask. Because AMCAS does not have academic update processes (unlike the other CAS systems), I'd suggest you wait until you have posted grades. Your registrar may not want to send a transcript with pending grades anyway; they also know how to handle inquiries from students/graduates applying for graduate programs... they may also have a process.
