Wait for Spring Quarter Grades?

My university is on the quarter system and grades for Spring quarter do not come out until next week. I'm planning on sending in my application today, and have already sent an official transcript to AADSAS without my Spring quarter grades. Should I send in another one with my spring quarter grades when they come out next week, or just during the academic update period?

I would have waited till my grades were up..... call AADSAS and ask.
