I was hoping you all would be able to offer further insight and help me out. I have my application completed (besides one more LOR that has to bee submitted by a professor) and I am wanting to submit on the early side. I am currently looking for a PT tech job and besides that just am doing some part-time nannying (I graduated in May). I am wondering if it would make a difference to wait until I find a part-time position to show that I am staying involved in the field and getting more experience during my year off or if I should just go ahead and submit. I know you are able to make updates to the application after submitting, I just don't know how thoroughly they will examine the changes.

Thanks for the help!

I say Just submit! I don't think getting a part time job would make or break you at all.

I would say submit as long as your hours are covered and all the other data is ready to go.

Thank y'all for the feedback! I've got 300 hours in a variety of places so I should be OK in that department. I guess I'm just over thinking the details!

How funny - I am in the EXACT same position! I had an interview today, & I thought I would be told right away if I had the position. Turns out there are a few more interviewees this week, & I have to wait until NEXT Wednesday. I was hoping to e-submit tomorrow night! Advice?

Same advice from above... its not going to make or break your application

Balliamo402- it sounds like we should go ahead and submit and hope that when we update they take note! I feel like submitting early could work to our advantage...best of luck to you with getting a job and into school!🙂

That's a good point - other factors probably have more weight. Ah, I certainly hope it works to our advantage! Thanks for the well wishes! I wish you the best too! 😀

Quick question. So I am still waiting on PTCAS to verify my transcript. Once they do that I will have everything completed. I am planning on retaking the GRE on September 7th. I have marked that I have a gre planned. So after I get PTCAS to verify my transcript should I esubmit?
