So how are you guys coping with the wait!!??

Personally, I will probably break up November into categories:
1st week November: Elections!
2nd week: Quantum of Solace movie!
3rd week: My birthday week!
4th week: eagerly waiting/obsessively checking AADSAS week
5th week: Acceptance letters week!! 🙂

I know the waiting game is not fun! My birthday is also is November and there is Thanksgiving. I am also taking a trip to L.A. one weekend. So hopefully November flies by!

this week: nova interview, halloween
next week: usc interview, going to usc-cal football game
nov. 9-15th: umaryland interview, running Richmond marathon
nov. 16-22nd: tufts interview, going to 'Skins-cowboys on 16th
nov. 23-29th: l'ville interview (incl. distilleries tour of bourbon country. THANKSGIVING!
Dec 1....??? Walk around in circles while mumbling prayer waiting to hear...

oh and i guess i got courework to complete in there somewhere and a job to show up at.....

After being waitlisted at my top choice for the past two years... I'm still at it and going strong. Imagine how every month of waiting in anticipation to hear good news felt... day after day, month after month, year after year.

So stay busy, let the adcoms work their magic, and whatever is meant to happen - pray that it does!

LOL!!!! wow. I thought I was the only person struggling with this wait!! It seems the closer it gets to Dec 1st the more uneasy at my job I get lol I got into a heated argument today with some co-workers. I just want to know I am in so I can quit that stupid job (how many feel this same way, or is it just me?). I am also celebrating my birthday in November!!! Wow. Well I am not preparing, just ignoring it until the middle of November comes around.

Wow, lots of November birthdays in here! Mine falls on Thanksgiving this year, and I'm off of work the day after Thanksgiving and the office is closed that Saturday so I get a FOUR-DAY-WEEKEND! This I am almost as excited about as hearing back on December 1st 😛

yea.. i'm hoping i can keep myself from shaking with anxiety over the thanksgiving weekend... that won't be any fun.. but it's right before dec 1st! aaaahhhhhhh
i've already told all my friends that on dec 1 i would either not come to class and be staring at my phone/inbox for the entire day or hopefully run out of class to answer my phone...

Thank god the dentist I work with on Mondays is almost more excited about the potential of me going to dental school than my own parents are and will be absolutely understanding if I drop the suctions and run away to answer my phone mid-procedure, lol

I know Dec. 1 is the last day you can apply to dental school. But is it also the last day you can get asked to have an interview?

Well I predict two possible scenarios for Dec 1st

A)Going to the bar with my friends to celebrate an acceptance.

B)Going to the bar alone and being the creepy depressed looking guy in the corner taking shots of Wild Turkey all night.

Hopefully scenario A comes true 🙂

my schedule is..pretty much the same as yours, except second week (end) i'll be playing in Vegas...to hang out =)

nope! many schools are on rolling admissions, so they give out interviews until their class size is full =)
