Take Michigan for instance- I have been complete for three and a half months with no word. How much longer does it take? I realized the wait could be until March, etc, but I thought that was hearing back from interviews on acceptance/rejection. Is it possible I could hear nothing from Michigan until May?

Michigan is about as rolling as you can get in terms of admissions. It is very possible they'll make you wait longer. If they're gonna interview you, though, I'd imagine you'll have heard from them in February at the latest. It may not hurt to call up the admissions office just to check in. Best of luck to you.
