Waiting Lists & Financial Aid

I plan to attend one particular medical school this fall where I have been accepted and am on the waiting list on two schools that I actually prefer. I have gotten the finiancial aid package from the school I've been accepted at and my question is what happens if I accept that package and take out loans based on the expenses for that school and then am accepted off of the waitlist at one of the other two schools?

hopefully this will get some good responses in the financial aid forum.

loans are usually not disbursed until the semester begins so you can just change things up to starting week no problem.
