"Waiting on Fall Grades"

I was just notified by LECOM that they are "waiting for my fall grades" before making a decision. Is this fairly common? My cGPA and sGPA are > 3.5 and 3.7, respectively.

Has anyone had a similar experience and ended up with an acceptance to that school?
