Waiting on Pacific??

Just wondering if there is anyone else on here that is waiting to hear from Pacific

Pacific is a little behind on reviewing applications. I know it can be nerve-wrecking to wait, but it is a busy year for them, give them a little bit more time.

Have you already received an email confirming your application was received and that it will be reviewed soon? If not, you might want to call or email them.

Thanks for the reply! I got an email yseterday that said they are looking at my application today. I did just take my OAT on the 14th, and the email says I should know in a couple weeks. Just wondering if anyone else on this site is waiting too..just feeling the nervousness

hey guys so i was wondering if you know how the exposure to diff patient populations and chances of getting residencies after pacific is like? and the board rates?

When i did my interview at Pacific they spoke alot about the variety of patients that they saw at their clinics. I think there is alot of variety because they have something like 3 different clinics and 3 different areas. I was also told that last year they had the 3rd highest boards in the country and that in the last 4 years no one had failed the canadian boards.

I have been waiting for 6 weeks to hear from Pacific post-interview. I have e-mailed them twice asking when I could expect to hear anything, and they haven't responded to those either. Right now I am assuming no news is bad news since it seems like other people recieved their admittance status a week or two after their interviews.

Have you called up Janelle and asked her directly? Who did you email?

I e-mailed Janelle. I think I will wait until after this thursday (when they review applications) and if I don't hear anything I'll give her a call. I'm guessing that they are swamped with applications and are really busy. Now I am wishing I applied to more schools!

If it has been 6 weeks since your interview and you haven't heard a single thing, I wouldn't wait. Call tomorrow.
