waiting on transcripts, no invites

So I goofed and assumed that my med school transcripts had already been sent from ECFMG to ERAS and just last week sent in a copy to be uploaded. I know this can take awhile (still not in my post office) but I haven't gotten any interview offers yet and am wondering if programs are waiting on that to decide whether or not they want to interview me????? Family Med, by the way. Anyone have info as to whether this is the hold up?
Also, semi-related. Some of the programs I applied to have downloaded 3 USMLE transcripts, while the more recent ones (last week) have only one. Should I worry that there has been some ERAS error and they only have my step 1 scores (the less impressive)?????

Similar thing happened to a classmate of mine. This is stating the obvious, but interview invitations are sent in waves with programs often using step scores and grades as cutoffs. You missed the first or first couple waves. Nothing else to do but wait. Nov 1st is your friend.

Thanks! My transcripts got uploaded about a week after I sent them in (faster than I thought), and now I have 2 invites. So the panic is over.
