Is anyone waiting to hear back from Temple? I had my interview back in December and am wondering how long it takes for them to get back to you. Temple is my no.1 choice and I'm on pins and needles waiting. I've got other schools on the line and to come this close, there’s no turning back. I am so close I can almost taste it. So if anyone can shed some light on this, it would be greatly appreciated.

I am also waiting and haven't heard anything in about a month. I've left 3 msgs on Brian's voicemail in the last 1 1/2 weeks and haven't gotten a reply. I'm guessing he probably gets a ton of them though. Pins and needles is a good description of the pain from waiting....

I talked with Brian about a week and a half ago, and he said that at that current time they were counting deposits that were coming in and that I should hear in about 2 weeks. I interviewed late Feb. and was told that I wouldn't likely hear much until after April 1st. I called before Easter and was told that he was on vacation until the 17th (yesterday) so I will hopefully be hearing soon! Good luck to you guys!

Does anyone know the process to go over the waitlisted applications. I believe Brian mentioned during the interview that students were ranked according to gpa and DAT scores. Does anyone know anything else? Does anyone know approximately how many spots are going to be available?

I would guess not many more spots will open up. And it seems as if there are alot of people waiting to hear from temple, I am one of them. Therefore, I'm guessing the odds are not good unfortunately.

Brian called me on Monday to give me an update. The class if full, but there are 30-40 of us who are unofficial alternates. He doesn't expect more than 1-2 seats to open up. Not the news I was hoping for, but it wasn't all bad. Apparently I did well during the interview (12 points out of possible 12), and according to him, she is a tough interview. It also sounded like those of us who made it this far (supposing we don't get in-I'm not giving up all hope yet!), will have somewhat of an advantage for next year. Anyway, thats the latest news, has anyone else gotten any newer info?

I spoke with Brian yesterday and he pretty much echoed argid's comments. I think the best plan is to reapply early, he said that he could put our new application with the one from this year and if the interview went well, we may not have to go back down. I have already been accepted to grad school, and I'm not banking on getting an acceptance, I'm going to reapply early for next round and wait and see!
