Waitlist Chances???

So I have been waitlisted at Thomas Jefferson, Ohio U and University of Maryland Baltimore. In general what are the chances I have of being accepted off the waitlist? Did anyone get accepted off the waitlist before or know people that have? I got accepted to NYIT and still waiting to hear back from other schools but I would rather go to these schools if accepted. Any opinion would be much appreciated, thanks!!!
