Waitlist help - Emailing WL'ed school about PTE school's need to commit by date?

Hi guys!

What are people's thoughts about emailing the school I'm waitlisted at (and is my top choice) that my "plan to enroll" school requires me to commit and withdraw from all waitlisted schools by mid-June? I'm worried that my application won't be re-reviewed in time and I won't hear back from my first choice school before the mid-June deadline?
