waitlist on VCU?

First timer here...

Anyone know anything about the movement on the waitlist of VCU?? Thanks!!!

I haven't heard of any changes on the waitlist recently. I call about once a week to see if anything has happened. I am sure that I bug the office staff (both old and new). Anyway, unless any changes take place soon I will be attending VCU as part of the D.5 program, are you doing the same?

NO... I am not going for D.5 program..
Did you talk to the dean? Do you know your place on waitlist?
Do you think there are people who will drop out just prior to the begining of the school?

BTW, when did you have your interview?

I was told by Dr. Brownstein before he retired that I was at the "top of the waiting list", but I know that I am not # 1. The reason I know that is because VCU only tells the specific applicant who actually holds the # 1 spot.
To answer your question, I applied pretty late in the cycle, hence I did not interview until late February.
Are you accepted to another school or are you just not interested in the D.5 program?

Hey all- I am on the VCU waitlist also and have heard nothing. Also, when did Dr. Brownstein retire? Thats too bad, he was a nice guy. Who is the new DoA? Does anyone know how many people are on the waitlist there?
