Waitlist question

hi guys!
So I have a question about position on wait list. Is it kind of like rolling? Meaning, if I'm put on the wait list early in the cycle does that mean I may be one of the first people pulled off?

Also, another question:
When filling out FAFSA, do you have to indicate the school you've chosen?

Some are ranked, some aren't. Some move, some don't. Depends on school, go see last years school specific thread.
