I was admitted to one school, but WL at my top-choice. I have already sent my deposit to the one I have been admitted to because I don' think the WL to my top-choice will turn into an acceptance.

Am I able to hold the seat while remaining on my waitlist to my top choice?

Yeah, I don't think any schools can even see if you are waitlisted, MD or DO, but I could be wrong.
