Hi,

I got waitlisted for interviews at CCOM. Has this happened to anyone before? Do I have a chance at the interview.... let me know if any of you know something...

Thanks
Best Regards

just curious, when was your application complete?

it was completed towards the end of October...

from a previous post, i've read that if I send in more recommendation letters, a renewed resume and a letter of intent, it may help me to be pulled out of that list for an interview... is that true?

if you don't mind, can you please tell me ur stats because i am also thinking about sending my secondary app. at CCOM

I had a 3.75 GPA and 25O MCAT and I was accepted. My application was in pretty early though, hurry and send yours in if you are really interested.

I would interpret the CCOM "interview waitlist" as being the "slow reject" pile. I have been interview waitlisted there for about two months, with a 3.4 cumulative, and 30P MCAT. Good luck.

I would keep bugging them to keep your app at the top of the pile and to let them know that you're still interested, but they're probably swamped with new applications at this point, and it would be easy this late in the game to have your app lost in the shuffle. Bug them. A lot.

Hey...I too got put on the interview waitlist, but as soon as I found this out I talked to a CCOM grad. and had him write me a letter of rec. This definitely helped, because a few weeks later I received an invite for an interview. Work any connections you may have.
