Sadly, I woke up today to find "waitlist" on my aadsas page for umdnj. Anyone know when we can expect to be moved off the waitlist - a few weeks, months or during the summer? thanks 🙂

wat was ur status before it said waitlisted?
if students with multiple acceptances begin withdrawing applications it can be as soon as next week.

Hey don't worry about. First question are you a NJ resident? If you are you are toward the top of the list. Just visit them a few times between now and the summer it will increase your chances of getting in. My sister is a first year there and she told me her friend was wait listed he visited them a few times and spoke with an admission officer and they let him in like a week before classes started. So don't give up hope there is always a chance.

r u a NJ resident?
i heard they are more strict this year with out of staters.

I was there yesterday and she said they sent out about 96 yeses for 75 seats(tech. they have more, but some are filled by people who are in 7 year undergrad programs and people who deferred last year).... This is a lot more then they sent out last year.. so its going to be tight... but she said inevitably people say no, and end up deferring last min... so keep your hopes up!
