Our store is switching to Customersfirst for scheduling in a few weeks and I was told the neighborhood stores have been using it. Anyone would like to share your thoughts and experience on it? My concerns are:
1. I've heard we'll have limited control over modifying it and no override is allowed. If someone called in, how do I get someone else to come in to cover the shift?
2. My district requires at least 3 star rating on workplace schedule. Is there a similar requirement for CF as well?

There are abt 4-5 stores in my district affected by this, I think it will be a company wide thing in the future. They (my boss and store managers) are making a big deal out of this. Not only I have to do CBLs over them, my staff rphs have to too! It's already a struggle to get all techs to work their fixed schedule, I can't imagine dealing with a flunctuating one.
 
One good thing Walmart just said was no more CMRs at store level. Thank god they set up a central place and hired a pharmacist team to do them by phone. Apparently we will just get a list of IMZs they need.

Workplace RPH schedule being 3 stars or better? The last time I saw that was in 2015 .... LOL

My speculation is that complex stores will not have Customer First implemented. Wasn't BPM supposed to handle what invoice associates used to do? Well, all that is done by receiving now at complex stores AFAIK.

The thing with CVS MySchedule was that you could have the paper schedule optimization % be a poor match to the actual schedule optimization % at all, i.e., your paper optimization might be > 80% but your actual < 80%. It's up to your sup to harass you about the discrepancy...
