Our store is switching to Customersfirst for scheduling in a few weeks and I was told the neighborhood stores have been using it. Anyone would like to share your thoughts and experience on it? My concerns are:
1. I've heard we'll have limited control over modifying it and no override is allowed. If someone called in, how do I get someone else to come in to cover the shift?
2. My district requires at least 3 star rating on workplace schedule. Is there a similar requirement for CF as well?
