I have a paitnet with a DLBCL of the nasopharynx. She is status-post R-CHOP with CR and sent for radiation therapy. Just curious what volumes most of you would treat.

If that is the case, personally I would only consolidate the NPX and would use margins similar to treating a non-lymphoma NPX patient

That's what I would do too, and what I said on oral boards without any comment from my examiner...
