The pharmacists from Rite Aid that converted to Walgreens got a week for every year they were with the company I believe it was. Also, a lot of them were offered severance and when the HR manager came back a week later they stated it was off the table and they would go to a "floater pool". Whether they were staff, RXM, etc they were all lumped together. Eventually when management realized there were a ton of pharmacists in the "pool" they came back with the severance packages
