Does WAG's give staff pharmacists bonuses every year? Has anyone from WAG's gotten a pay raise this year, if so what percentage was your raise?

I'm pretty sure everything at WAG is district dependent. That said, I know the pharmacists I work with got a raise.

They re-did the bonus structure this year. They made it almost impossible for regular, staff pharmacists to get a bonus. You need to get at least a 3.8 on your performance review to get a bonus. Since they curve the reviews to make sure the clear majority are between 2.5 and 3.5, don't count on it.

In my market, pharmacists received about a 3% raise. We are making a little less than $61/hour.
