When I was scanning in flu shots I was doing more than one at a time and I scanned one under the wrong name. the pharmacist said theres nothing she can do because it goes somewhere else. what happens now? Thanks

Still using EHR? I believe you can just rescan the patient's documents unless the pharmacist already closed it out. In that case, probably central department has to reverse and fix the mistake.

But honestly nothing will happen even if they find out
