If you have leftover PTO at the end of the year with Walgreens do you get paid for it, lose it or carry it over ? As a pharmacist.

It gets carried over until you reach 150% of your annual accrual amount. So if you get 120 hrs/yr you can accrue up to 180 hrs, then you will stop accruing PTO.

Side note: the max was going to get changed to annual + 40 hrs, but that was postponed due to COVID.
