walmart has a list of prescribers they wont fill controls for, is that is public?

I had someone bring in a script for percocets yesterday that I turned away because the office was 2 hours from us, and the patient another hour in the other direction. Before she left she mentioned that walmart couldnt fill for that doctor because he was on some list wouldnt fill for. My company doesnt have the balls to do such a thing so I would love to know which doctors they selected so I could refuse them too. I'm guessing that list isnt public but I figured I'd check.

CVS has an internal list that I ran into the other day. I tried processing a Xanax script and there was a block saying something along the lines of prescriber processing error schedule 2-5. Called the help desk and they said the prescriber did someone the last that CVS pretty much "suspended" his license and they cant fill at any CVS.

Some PICs will make a hand written list and post it hidden at rph station and data entry station to avoid certain doctors. They might also include a few shady patients on the list as well.
