Hi guys,
I have an upcoming phone interview with the DM for Rph position at Walmart, and I am trying to prepare for it. Could anyone share with me details about the Walmart metrics. I know some like required counseling on new Rx, input errors, adherence... but what else is important? Please feel free to include any tips for me to shine for this phone interview with the DM. This will be my first time working at a pharmacist. Thank you in advance for your advice

Lately all they care about are immunizations. If you're wiling to set up/do a outside clinic they will love you.

Yeah just use immunizations as a talking point as WM lurves immunizing underserved patient populations on Medicaid, i.e., the "unnecessariat" lord referred to previously.

Can Walmart immunize Medicaid patients now? It's probably state specific, but just wondering if that's a new development.

I was told they aren't counting immunizations anymore (rather recently) due to the prevalence of pharmacists doing whatever immunizations go through insurance regardless of whether it's valid to give under the guidelines.

They removed the store-level option for the immunization tracker (the one with the bar chart) where it shows your targets and they removed targets from the pharmacy area report but you get emails all the time still...
