Hello all.
I am new to the forum so say hey!!!
Ok guys, I've been with Walmart for 3 years now, about graduating in April, no offer from Walmart still.

Anyone else here with Walmart and graduating by end of Spring. Any word yet? Anything at all?

I know people in my class who got offers from Walmart. I go to school in florida

Have you asked any of your classmates? Not sure about Walmart, but with cvs/wags/rite aid/target if you didn't get an offer by Sept/Oct then you shouldn't count on one...

You should've already received a letter of intent.

To get that you had to apply for a grad intern spot on the wire inside the store.

I have been with walmart for 11 years and graduated this past monday. Have you gotten any new information? they just started the grad intern placement program this year and are working out the kinks, there are 2 phases.

The deadline used to be May 31st.

If you didn't get promoted to grad intern you'd be term'd

There is a big difference between paying someone 13 USD an hour and paying someone 60 USD an hour. Companies can afford to be much more selective for the later. It's hard to get good techs and it's easy to get pharmDs due to the glut of supply. If you didn't get an offer it's because you failed to network with your DM. If you have good rapport with your DM it's a shoe in.
