I started with Walmart at the beginning of February as a pharmacy manager switching from an old job. Not the best time for me to switch since I'm buying for a house, and missing out on my old chain's annual bonus due to timing. But this will be better than CVS in the long run.

My question is, will I get a raise this year from Walmart even though I started just 2 months ago when raise time comes? I am hopeful as I took a small payout but just wondered if anyone here has been in a similar spot. Thanks!

If you are new you should just get "solid performer" across the board aside from the performance metrics half of the eval.

So do we think I will get a raise (nothing huge, just cost of living-ish) since I started in February, or get zero raise?

Walmart is the land of 2% raises regardless if your terrible or a star employee yet they keep wanting us to do more and more.

Solid performer is 2%, exceeds expectations 4%, role model 6%. Development needed and below expectations 0%.

Does anyone know if there's a way to see my pay rate?

Your pay rate is on your paystub, which you can see on WalmartOne (you have to register if you don't have an account)

If it is, I sure can't find it.

The rate is in the table cell with yellow fill (see attached image). You may have a different paystub format then if it doesn't look like this
