How do my ECs look for the upcoming cycle?

Hey guys, I’m looking for some feedback on my ECs for the upcoming cycle. I will be reapplying this year and am hoping the improvements I have made are somewhat decent. I will add the word “new” next to the ECs that I did not have during my previous cycle. Any feedback is welcome. Thank you!

Where is your state of residence ? Which schools did you apply to ? Any interviews or waitlist ?
I live in Utah. I applied very late in October to the University of Utah School of Medicine, University of Colorado School of Medicine, DMU, PCOM, and Rowan. I haven’t received any interviews unfortunately.

The GPA-MCAT grid shows that applicants with your stats have ~50% chance for a MD acceptance. You could receive a MD acceptance but you should apply broadly to DO schools also.
For DO schools I suggest these:
AZCOM
WESTERN
TUCOM-CA
TUNCOM
DMU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
KCU-COM
MU-COM
PCOM
Touro-NY
CUSOM
LECOM (all schools)
UNECOM
For MD schools I suggest these:
Utah
TCU-UNT
NOVA MD
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
Seton Hall
New York Medical College
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Oakland Beaumont
Western Michigan
Medical College Wisconsin
Loyola
Creighton
