Welcome to the forums.

Profile-wise, everything checks out, so I hope you are able to back it up with your application and letters. I'm not sure Mayo is the best choice with your metrics. I don't know how your clinical research will resonate. Maybe your PS narrative connects with their vision and core values, and you aspire for an academic medical career. EVMS seems odd because I'm not sure how happy you would be in Norfolk, but there are lots of elderly individuals around there. Albany presents a similar argument to me. You have a lot of in-state Michigan options, and I would lump Toledo in for kicks.

Now, I don't know if Crisis Hotline should be considered clinical volunteering; many consider it non-clinical (you're not actually face-to-face with patients). Just letting you be aware.

Also be aware many schools may employ their own recorded video interview interface (Western Michigan I think is one). While you may be able to avoid Casper/PREview, you might not be out of the woods for an audition video or phone interview screen.

You could add any of these schools to your application:
Michigan State
Medical College Wisconsin
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
New York Medical College
Rochester
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Boston University
Georgetown
George Washington
Wake Forest
TCU
St. Louis
