OP: you don't give a lot of details for me to see whether you are the type of person a dental school is going to want to interview before you complete your Barry SMP. You may want to add some clinical or community experience, but that might distract you from your goal to complete your SMP on top (not figuratively at the top of the class, but rather in top shape). I don't get a sense of how much of a self-starter you are, nor do I sense how much impact you have made on communities you've volunteered for.

I have given oral health presentation in a community setting and work at a dental office , observe some days.
I want to know what kind of person do these universities want to call for an interview.
I am genuinely interested in dentistry and have been involved working at a dental office for the past 5 yrs.
have done reasonably well in undergrad what else do they want.

you are probably gonna want to increase the size of your list
and there are programs that are going to want to wait on SMP grades before giving you a look...

i don't think anyone but each individual adcom will know this information
my GUESS would be that maybe a few may look at you right away, but i'd bet that most will wait for at least the first semester grades...

Who is "they"? Remember, American dental schools do rolling admissions, so if they do consider it in your academic update, you'd likely be interviewed by February/March for the rare spots in the class that remain (unless you have a linkage). Canadian schools might be a little different since they don't do rolling admissions (from what I know, but I can be wrong).
