GPA: 3.27 cGPA, 3.47 sGPA from a top 25 undergrad
MCAT: 32

EC:
420 hours of non-clinical community service (underserved pop, teaching, mentoring, etc.)
400 hours of starting a 35-50 member pre-health org on campus, VP for 1 year (some more community service, as well as a lot of leadership and various health-related activities)
1000+ hours of clinical research working with CKD patients
140+ clinical volunteering at a hospital
40 hours MD shadowing (currently pursuing DO shadow for letter, but not sure if I can get one in time)
CPR certification

1 letter from PI, BCPM teacher, and psych teacher

PS is very strong and includes story about struggle in personal life (family) during college years, how I overcame it, and how it will make me a better physician

What are my chances at DO (mainly)? And is my app missing anything? Is there a weak point (I know GPA already)? I really want to stay in west coast (CA) if possible but definitely open to all over the US.

For DO schools you could add an schools that appeal to you since your are competitive for all DO schools. You have already included all the MD school where you have a chance for an interview.

Thanks @Faha, I'm just hoping my EC's + MCAT can get me into a top US DO school or any US MD program. I've read too many horror stories about Caribbean to know better
