Hello, I could use some feedback on school list. Specifically, what MD/DO schools I should add/remove

  1. GPA: 3.44 cGPA and 3.31 sGPA (upwards trend 2.91 -> 3.04 ->3.1 ->3.8)
  2. MCAT: 498 (122/128/123/125) retake: 503 (124/129/124/126)
  3. State of residence: Indiana, ties to Chicago, St. Louis, Alabama
  4. Ethnicity and/or race: African American
  5. Undergraduate institution or category: Public school
  6. Clinical experience (volunteer and non-volunteer): 400 hours
  7. Research experience and productivity: 1100+ hours between 2 labs, 2 posters
  8. Shadowing experience and specialties represented: 60 hrs (primary care, dermatology), anticipating another 24 hours.
  9. Non-clinical volunteering: around 900
  10. Other extracurricular activities (including athletics, military service, gap year activities, leadership, teaching, etc) Did a Social Justice study abroad program. Two gap years working in a pharmaceutical lab. Started a community outreach volunteer group.
  11. Relevant honors or awards: Deans list my senior year
    . Disadvantaged status.
