Hello, I plan on applying this upcoming cycle and was looking for help with a school list.

GPA: 3.74 cGPA 3.55sGPA

MCAT: 508 (127/125/127/129)

State: TX

Race: Half African American - Half Asian

Clinical Experience (paid): 3400 hours athletic trainer, 3200 hours medical assistant

Research Experience: 150 hours in immunology - 1 presentation

Shadowing: 30 hours shadowing sports med doc

Non Clinical Volunteering: 100 hours at food shelf, 50 hours at animal shelter

Leadership: 150 hours tutoring athletic training students, 150 hours skateboarding instructor

EC: 100 hours in African American student organization, 150 hours in athletic training student organization, skateboarding

Additional Info: I worked full time in undergrad to pay for school. After graduating I worked 2 years as an athletic trainer and another 2 years as a medical assistant.

Apply to all your Texas TMDSAS MD and DO schools and you should receive several interviews.
For AMCAS schools you could try TCU, Tulane, Howard, Meharry, Morehouse, Charles Drew.

I agree with Faha's comments. I would try to get a little more non-clinical volunteering, especially at the food pantry (get the total up to 150 hours).
