You have several state public schools on your list that admit few non residents with a MCAT of 507 and no connection to the state.
I suggest these schools with your stats:
UConn
Quinnipiac
Vermont
Albany
Drexel
Temple
Penn State
George Washington
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
Wake Forest
NOVA MD
Belmont
Alice Walton
TCU
Creighton
Ponce (St. Louis)
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Roseman (when it opens)
Methodist (when it opens)
For DO schools I suggest these:
UNECOM
LECOM
PCOM
NYITCOM
Touro-NY
MU-COM
DMU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
KCU-COM
AZCOM
TUNCOM
UIWSOM
WVSOM

TCOM is a great DO school but they utilize the TMDSAS application portal, not AACOMAS, so applying there would mean filling out one more different app system, probably not worth it for an OOS student
