What exactly is the "500 hours volunteering at local school?" Many schools within your stat range will be service-oriented and prefer you have significant exposure to helping individuals unlike yourself.

Thank you all - Residence is MA.
Volunteer hours were at a local school in a underserved community. I helped in the classroom when needed and tutored after school hours in math.

Virginia Tech is really big into producing physician scientists. If you aren't extremely interested in this, it might not be a good place to apply

Rush and Georgetown are looking for applicants with far more clinical and non clinical hours than you have. You have state public schools on your list that admit few non residents with a MCAT of 508 and no strong connection to the state. Brown, Dartmouth, Boston University and Rochester are unrealistic with a MCAT of 508. I suggest these schools with your stats:
Tufts
UMASS
Quinnipiac
George Washington
Temple
Penn State
Wake Forest
University of Vermont
Albany
Drexel
Jefferson
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
NOVA MD
Belmont
TCU
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Ponce (St. Louis)
Alice Walton (when it opens)
Roseman (when it opens)

I'll also throw in that while your volunteer work at an under-resourced school has a great purpose, tutoring/teaching is an activity that most premeds do and will not help you stand out. (Plus, your pool also has those with at least 1 year of bona fide teaching through Teach for America or even employed in their school systems.) Teaching/tutoring is primarily an academic competency.

It is not clear that you have community service orientation activities such as food distribution, shelter volunteer, job/tax preparation, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation. This may also make your application vulnerable to being screened out if you didn't have 150 hours of such activities at the time of submission.
